Tallulah Willis posted a rare father-daughter moment with Bruce Willis on Instagram on Monday, September 28.
In the photo, the 32-year-old leans over her dad, gently holds his head, and kisses his forehead. Bruce, 71, has his eyes closed. Her caption was short: “So cute! 😚😚”
It’s a soft flip of other snaps she’s shared of him kissing her on the head — and another quiet look at the bond she’s kept public since his family announced his aphasia diagnosis in 2022 and frontotemporal dementia in 2023.

Wedding, then this
Bruce attended Tallulah’s August 8 wedding to musician Justin Acee in Sun Valley, Idaho. Vogue later shared ceremony photos, including the newlyweds with Bruce.
Nearly a month before the forehead-kiss post, Tallulah told PEOPLE her dad was “doing the same” since the family’s last update — “which I’m told is good.” Whatever kind of day it is, she said, “my family and I meet him where he’s at.” Visits are part of her routine; she tries to walk in solid and present.
Family
Tallulah is the youngest of Bruce and Demi Moore’s three daughters, alongside Rumer and Scout. Bruce is also dad to Mabel and Evelyn with wife Emma Heming Willis.
In 2024 she told PEOPLE the hard days are real, but so is the love: “It’s really shown me to not take any moment for granted… I think he’s very proud of me.”
Monday’s post doesn’t add a medical update. It just shows what she’s been saying all along — she’s still showing up.
